This is considered to be the most common question these days, and given the differing opinions on the subject and the spread of individuals speaking without knowledge, I felt it was necessary to write about it. However, I will keep it brief and address the topic through some questions as well. I will start with this question: "I have an idea and am looking for a project investor?" The answer is that it is extremely difficult to find an investor for this type of project, but the best solution at this stage is what is called Seed Capital. This is usually provided through personal savings, friends, or family and is used in the initial phase of the project to establish the business,
study the idea, build the business model, and create the first prototype of the project. In short, it’s about testing the project idea in the market. The question here is: What do you need to reach this point?
You need to believe in your project and take the risk yourself first. It’s surprising to see many idea owners blaming investors and funding institutions for not wanting to take risks with them, while they haven’t even taken risks with themselves. Trust me, investors and funding institutions have studies, numbers, statistics, and experiences regarding many projects that failed for this reason. Once you pass this stage, there are many other funding stages called Series Financing, each with a target group of investors suited to their risk tolerance and desire for return on investment.
