Value Innovation Consulting Office (License No. 12242, Commercial Registration No. 4031211978, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
This policy explains what data we collect through value-in.com, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. By using the site or submitting any of its forms, you acknowledge this policy.
Data you give us
We collect the data you enter in the site’s forms, depending on the service:
- Booking a consultation or contacting us: name, email, mobile number, the service you need and your message.
- Applying for a job: name, email, mobile number, country and city, years of experience, current employment status, notice period and the CV you upload.
- Joining as a consultant: your account details, academic qualifications, professional certificates and experience.
- Creating an account: name, email, mobile number and a password stored in a hashed form that no one can read.
- Ordering or gifting the book: quantity and mobile number; for gifts, the recipient’s name, email, city, address and your gift message.
- Registering for a workshop: name, mobile number and email.
- Subscribing to the newsletter: your email address only.
- Buying and downloading templates: the purchase and download history linked to your account.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Tap Payments by card or STC Pay. You enter your card details directly on the gateway’s secure payment page, so we never see or store your card number.
We keep only what is needed to record the transaction: its reference, amount, status and the mobile number used for payment.
Data collected automatically
When you browse the site, technical data is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and for how long, and the site that referred you. This comes from server logs kept for security, and from traffic analytics and ad measurement tools.
Client meetings and AI
If you are a client and we meet with you on Microsoft Teams, we may use the meeting transcript to prepare the minutes. Our team reviews and approves the minutes before they are sent to you and the other attendees.
We use AI tools from third-party providers (such as OpenAI) to draft meeting minutes and consulting proposals. We send them only the minimum data needed, we choose services that do not use their customers’ data to train their models, and no output is used before human review.
How we use your data
- To provide the service you asked for: answering your enquiry, arranging your consultation, fulfilling and shipping book orders, and giving you access to templates you bought.
- To complete and verify payments, and keep the financial records required by law.
- To review job applications and consultant applications.
- To send the newsletter, only to those who subscribed.
- To improve the site and measure the performance of our ad campaigns.
- To protect the site, prevent fraud and comply with applicable laws.
We process your data based on your consent, to fulfil your request or a contract with you, to meet a legal obligation, or for a legitimate interest such as protecting the site. We do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then delete it or remove what identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, as with financial records.
How we protect your data
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, access to the admin panel and data is limited to authorised staff, and card details never pass through our servers. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we keep improving our measures.
External links
The site links to other sites and platforms, such as our social media accounts and WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. If a change is material, we will announce it on the site.

Publishing to the company’s social media accounts
- Our team uses an internal tool to publish the company’s content to its official Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages and accounts. Only authorized staff use it, and it publishes only to the company’s own accounts.
- When an account is connected, the tool receives from the platform the page or account name and ID, and an access token that allows publishing. The token is stored encrypted, is used only to publish posts our team approves, and is never shared with anyone.
- The tool does not collect data about the accounts’ followers or visitors, does not read messages, and we do not sell any data or use it for advertising.
Your rights and deleting your data
- Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw your consent.
- To make a request, email info@value-in.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the email or mobile number you used with us. We reply within 30 days and delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep, such as financial records.
- To disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account: when the connection is removed from the publishing tool, we delete the access token and account ID immediately. If you remove the app in your Facebook settings (under “Business integrations” or “Apps and websites”), the token stops working, and you can email us to delete anything that remains.
