A message to company owners… You do not make mistakes because you are weak,

but perhaps because you succeeded too early…

So you don't build a system that works without you.

Without building a model to replicate it,

making you a hostage to a single stroke of luck.

10. You think governance is a late-stage requirement

Not understanding that it is what protects you

from yourself before anyone else.

11. You want growth just because everyone else is growing

Not because your company can sustain it,

so costs grow faster than maturity.

12. You fear a manager who is stronger than you

And you fail to see that this fear of yours

is exactly what will leave you alone in the battle.

13. You postpone planning for the day of your absence

As if absence is impossible,

while all companies that collapsed

started from this very illusion.

14. You extinguish conflict instead of managing it

Accumulating unresolved decisions

until they all explode at once.

15. You believe time will heal everything

Failing to understand that time only heals

what was built on a correct foundation.
