Conditions for Regular Loan Financing

1. Documents and Approvals for Land:

• Two copies of the land title deed that comply with all legal and procedural requirements, along with the original for verification.

• Two copies of the distribution decision, accompanied by the original for verification.

• A certified plot plan from the Ministry of Agriculture indicating boundaries, dimensions, area, and coordinates.

• If the distribution decision is older than five years and the land has not been cultivated, an extension must be obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture.

• If the land is reclaimed, a "Reclamation Report" must be submitted.

1. Requirements for Leased Land:

• Two copies of a lease agreement issued by a certified real estate office, including the contract number and date.

• A certified survey decision from an engineering office specifying the coordinates of the leased section.

• The lease must meet all fund requirements and be based on a legally compliant title deed. The original documents must be presented for verification.

1. Maps and Site Sketches:

• A site map detailing the road leading to the farm or land and access directions.

• A detailed farm sketch showing existing assets, entrance coordinates, corners, existing wells (if any), planned wells, pivot system paths (if applicable), and irrigation network layouts.

1. Personal Identification:

• A copy of the national ID or family card for the borrower and their agent, along with the original for verification (minimum age: 21).

1. Legal Documentation:

• A copy of the legal power of attorney per fund guidelines, accompanied by the original for verification.

• A copy of the inheritance deed in case of heirs.

1. Well Drilling Permits:

• A copy of the drilling permit, along with the original for verification.

• A valid drilling license for the driller must also be provided.

1. Application Process:

• Fill out the application form electronically.

• Pay inspection fees according to the loan type.

• Agricultural Inputs: Seeds, fertilizers.

• Equipment and Tools: Fishing gear, machines, pumps, tractors, and their attachments.

• Irrigation Infrastructure: Drilling artesian wells with casing, ordinary wells with lining, submersible pumps and accessories, irrigation pipes, and networks.

• Fishing and Water Storage: Fishing boats, windbreaks, fuel tanks.

• Farm Structures: Vine trellises, warehouses, canopies, shields, and removing aged palm trees.

• Pest Control and Livestock Facilities: Spraying equipment, poultry and rabbit shelters.

• Utilities and Greenhouses: Costs of connecting electricity, conventional and climate-controlled greenhouses, electric heads.

• Livestock and Beekeeping: Cows, sheep, pens, and stationary beehives.

• Cold Storage and Construction: Cooling and freezing rooms for dates, buildings, warehouses, and pools.
